The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and other activities nearby. The room was spacious and had all the necessary appliances in good working order, including the A/C. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for those planning to cook during their stay.
The hotel did not offer complimentary WiFi, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was no pool on the property.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marlin. The home-style feel and fully stocked kitchen made it a comfortable and convenient vacation spot. The beachfront location was perfect, especially since there was no extra cost for parking elsewhere. The manager was helpful in resolving our room issue, and we were able to enjoy cleaner accommodations for the rest of our stay.
While the bed spread needed updating and there were some initial issues with the room, such as a small size, a bed in the kitchen, and a strong musty smell, the manager was responsive and assisted us in moving to a better room.

We recently stayed at The Marlin in Cocoa Beach for a week and had a fantastic time. Our unit was beautifully furnished and only a few steps away from the beach. It was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff at The Marlin were friendly and helpful, and the outdoor patio area with picnic tables and grills was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
Would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachside apartment. The location was unbeatable, as it was right next to the beach and very close to everything in town. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and it was fully stocked with everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and always helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the parking was convenient and there were hotel facilities available, such as access to laundry. The TV in the apartment had basic spectrum channels and even allowed me to sign in to my Netflix account.
Don't have any issues at all.

I loved the spacious rooms at this hotel, it gave us plenty of room to move around. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, it was great that they lived on site so we could easily get assistance when needed. Another advantage was the key location, being right on the beach was amazing, we could just step out and enjoy the beautiful sandy shores.
There were a couple of things I didn't like about this hotel. the exterior of the building was quite run down and old, which was not appealing.
